The green leaf sourced from these estates by Iron Kettle has high fine leaf count. Each pack from Iron Kettle carries the fine leaf percentage that went into the exceptional tea inside that pack
  • FARMER: This tea comes from small tea growers in Rajagarh area of Udalguri district, Assam. Tea is the main source of livelihood here. Iron Kettle works closely with these smalll estate owners to help them grow better leaf and get better prices.
  • TEA: This is a fine blend of Assam CTC tea and dried ginger to give you the strong taste of tea complemented by the zing of ginger.
  • TASTE: Ginger dominates the flavours and produces warmth and sharpness which is softened by the maltiness and sweetness from tea.
  • Steeping Notes: Use 2-3g per 110ml of water. Water should be at 90-95C. Pour water over tea and steep for 2-4 minutes. Add milk and sweetner based on your requirement.
